DAILY TRAINING SESSIONS

  1. Cardio & Conditioning – Build stamina with HIIT and endurance training.

  2. Stance & Footwork – Maintain balance and mobility.

  3. Basic Striking – Master jab, cross, hook, kicks.

  4. Clinch & Takedowns – Control close range and defend/execute takedowns.

  5. Ground Game – Learn escapes, submissions, and ground control.
