I'm Irene Diaz, a proud Hawthorne, California native, 2-time Golden Glove Champion and 2-time International PAL Champion, dedicated to making a positive impact in my community. My mission is to help people of all ages build a strong foundation in boxing while understanding the importance of overall fitness. Through a combination of fundamental boxing techniques and structured strength and conditioning. I help clients make real, measurable progress toward their goals.
